As a result, EsteemLogic is very intentional about the way we structured our business to interact with our customers and community. At the end of the day we all want more than just a job. We want to live an authentic life and infuse passion, purpose, meaningful collaboration, and inspiration in all that we do. In fact, many of us have ideas on the kind of legacy and world we want to leave our children. After nearly 20 years leading delivery of information technology solutions to the federal government for top technology consulting firms, our founder and president, Kristina Francis decided to merge her skillset in strategic planning and IT consulting with her passion for sustainable living, and purpose of helping others achieve their goals to create EsteemLogic and its subsidary EsteemGrow. EsteemLogic represents a respect for the integration of our God-given gifts and passion mixed with our learned skillsets and professional experience. While leading a proposal call one evening, Mrs. Francis put her speakerphone on as she knelt in her backyard garden picking kale, cucumbers, basil, tomatoes, and squash (ingredients for the salad she would make for her children and husband for dinner). Mrs. Francis found that her motivation, energy and decision-making were at its best when she was "helping people achieve their goals, developing business strategies, AND working in the garden. Mrs. Francis prayed fervently to understand and execute God's will for her future "work". She was reminded that we all do our best "work" when we mix business with passion and create authentic connections with the community around us. How do you mix the three exactly when there is no existing business model to support it? Well, you create it!
