To encourage and empower the lives of those with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, complex behaviours, and at-risk youth. At Esteem Mentoring we enable our Mentors who are compassionate and feel the need to impact their community around them in positive ways. We aim for our Mentors to not only use the training and skills that they acquired through mainstream education, but to bring their own life experiences to the table. To prepare opportunities for Participants to develop strategies, self-awareness, and build the resilience that is needed for the real world.
