We help design, implement and manage the newly developed business case start to finish; in some cases including a private sector partner or social entrepreneur, in others without. We focus on designing positive business cases for charities and social ventures that are truly sustainable, ensuring tangible and positive returns for all stakeholders involved, both in the short and the long run. For our clients, this return should always include a significant cash component next to in-kind contributions and soft indicators.
