Established in 2001. Marianne started Essential Acupuncture in Seattle WA in 2001. During her years in Seattle she specialized in Back pain and Migraines. In 2004 she moved to Durham NC where she reopened her acupuncture practice and added allergies to her specialties. In 2007 Marianne moved to Austin TX where she returned to school for further training in Chinese Herbs. She reopened her Acupuncture Practice in 2010 in the Brentwood/Crestview Neighborhood. In the last 6 years she has started treating tweens and teenagers in addition to her adult clients.
