Born and raised among the hypnotizing smells of freshly baked products and delicious cooked dishes in Buenos Aires, Argentina, owner and executive chef Paul Heslop knew that his passion for food would one day lead to something special. Following his instincts, in 1982, he moved to New York to become a student of one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world, The Culinary Institute of America. After over 30 years of working on a broad range of businesses from high-end restaurants and catering business, to hotels and supermarkets, he decided it was time to set a start to his own business. In 2008, Essence Caterers was born with the desire to add the utmost quality of service to every single event.
