Espire Consult is a consulting and training organization focusing on competency development, resource efficiency and business management. Espire started in 2007 as a Project executed by bfz gGmbH in partnership with 5 textile associations in Pakistan and funded by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through sequa gGmbH. Since May 2016, after successful completion of the funded project; Espire continued its journey as a commercial entity in Pakistan. With our collaboration with various international organizations and consulting companies; we bring a treasure of global knowledge and experience for our customers. We apply internationally recognized methodologies of managing and improving business and manufacturing resources and competency development customized and adapted to the needs of our clients. We have supported hundreds of industrial units and trained thousands of industry professionals, teachers and students on various technical and management subjects. We believe in Objective Based Learning and all our consulting and training programs are based on the Experiential Learning Cycle which is a participatory learning approach using moderated activities, group works, case studies and experience sharing sessions.
