Nos presentamos… Presentamos ESPAISUCRE es el capricho de Jordi Butrón y sus socios Xano Saguer, Guillem Vicente y Reme Butrón, fundadores y promotores de una nueva forma de entender la pastelería de restaurant. Inauguran en febrero del 2000, el único restaurant de postres del mundo, uniendo a esta arriesgada pero meditada idea, la escuela de postres de restaurant . ESPAISUCRE reivindica el postre de restaurant como un elemento con personalidad y códigos propios, donde el resultado, suma de técnica y experiencia, difumina sin estridencias los límites que separan los conceptos de dulce y salado.
