ESPAC manufactures high quality precast aerated concrete PAC in a state of the art facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia with a capacity of 1500 Villas per year. The most advanced PAC technology in the Middle East, ESPAC start production in January 2010 The material is lightweight, highly insulating and quick to build with. This environmentally sustainable product has a very low embodied CO level and creates energy efficient homes. In addition to making the precast blocks, wall panels, stairs, lintels, floor and roof slabs, ESPAC is now offering a supply and install service, creating completed residential villas or simply making the structural shell, using PAC.
