ESI provides independent delivery leadership for complex energy programmes. We work with energy networks and suppliers to help them deliver large, multi-supplier initiatives, integrate systems and delivery partners, and build confidence with regulators, industry bodies, and senior stakeholders. We are typically engaged where delivery is challenging or highly visible – for example when programmes are under scrutiny, need stabilising or resetting, or require experienced leadership to ensure they deliver successfully. Our approach is practical and delivery-led. We focus on helping organisations move from uncertainty to confident, controlled delivery, while also strengthening internal capability, governance, and ways of working. Alongside our core team, we work with a trusted network of experienced delivery professionals and subject matter specialists across the energy sector. We engage associates flexibly to support client programmes and, over time, to strengthen our permanent core team.
