Esek Shave is a tri-sector initiative (business, public and social) led by the business sector, to promote the employment of people with disabilities. The initiative's four partners: Joint Distribution Committee Israel, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Meitav DASH Investments, and the Ruderman Family Foundation. Our goal is to increase the employment rate of college graduates with disabilities, through an initiative led by the business sector.
