Douglas Krause is eSAPport's Co-founder and Delivery Executive responsible for overseeing On-demand Services and on-going Production Support engagements. As a Platinum level Basis consultant with a strong IS-Retail background, Doug was more than just a hands-on analyst, he led Basis teams during new implementations of SAP, during upgrade projects, and Production Support assignments. With his Platinum level skills and knowledge Doug has taught several Basis Courses for SAP at many of their training facilities around the country. Doug has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a Systems option and minor in Mathematics and has been a Basis analyst since 1997. Prior to eSAPport, he was the President of Krause Consulting, a Basis Consulting firm.
