Ertecna’s products are of a higher quality and available in the market through a service that guarantees a careful selection and also that the installation is performed by appointed specialists. The distribution channel is formed by companies whose main activity is within the fire and safety market in general and particularly by companies who sell and install fire fighting equipment, personal protection equipment, alarms and fire detection/extinguisher systems. As a complement to the distribution policy, Ertecna offers a range of additional services to its customers, such as continuous technical/commercial training to the distributors' engineers and sales staff and also technical support on their projects or on site. Aiming to contribute to a better and more aware safety culture, Ertecna took part in several Standards Committees and apart from this, Ertecna is also member of the sector associations in the various countries where it operates.
