Errand Solutions has led the concierge industry by providing satisfaction-guaranteed personal, concierge, and errand running services to corporations and hospital systems for 18 years. In 2016, we took all of our past experience and pivoted our company to become the only B to B to C personal services company with a fully mobile solution. Errand Solutions'​ onsite and mobile services are sponsored by our clients and provided to employees and/or patients and their families to request services. This enabled employee engagement solution allows employees to take care of their to-do lists at work – whether it is simply running an errand or researching an in-depth, personal project. Through national, regional or local vetted, preferred and approved third party service providers, our own trained empathetic personal assistants can take care of any request that comes our way. Additionally, our solution can be tailored to healthcare clients and customized to meet the needs of their patients and their loved ones. Our services allow the patient to focus solely on getting better while we can take care of any of their personal needs – from in hospital greeting and rounding to arranging emergency babysitting services to finding a long-term pet care solutions.
