At Eric Knows, we believe that inclusion shouldn’t be complicated — it should be built into everything we do. What started as a simple idea in 2018 to make the world more inclusive and understanding quickly blossomed into a growing community dedicated to recognising the strengths, creativity, and potential of autistic, disabled, and neurodivergent people. We’re now proud to be Eric Knows CIO, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation focused on inclusion, empowerment, and opportunity. Our mission is to create accessible pathways for learning, confidence-building, and community connection, supporting people to recognise their strengths and reach their goals in ways that work for them. Through our programmes and projects, we help people to: 🌱 Build skills and confidence through supportive learning experiences. 🏆 Earn AQA-accredited certificates that celebrate achievement and develop transferable skills. 🤝 Connect with others in inclusive spaces that reduce isolation and encourage independence. 💼 Explore opportunities for work, volunteering, and personal growth in environments that value neurodiversity. From our Future Work Foundations programme to collaborative community initiatives, every project we deliver reflects our belief that inclusion is not just a value, it’s an action.
