Ergofix is an awarded rehabilitation provider, with professional Physiotherapists specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, as well as additional expertise in ergonomics and the prevention of injuries. Our Physios treat adults and children with neck, back, spinal and other joint pain, whiplash, shoulders, rotator cuff, tennis elbow, bursitis, knee instability, ankle sprains, muscle tears, arthritis, and other orthopaedic injuries. We also understand and manage headaches, muscle tension, weakness, ligament issues and neurological conditions. Ergofix also has recognized expertise in the rehabilitation and prevention of workplace injuries - our Occupational Health services include Pre-employment Medicals, Nationally Accredited Manual Handling Training, Job Task Evaluations (JTE), Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), Worksite Assessments and Manual Tasks Risk Assessment. In 2012 we were proud recipients of a prestigious award from Q-Comp for our innovative rehabilitation services. Since 2005, Ergofix has provided Physiotherapy and Occupational Rehabilitation services from Mount Isa, Queensland, where the practice's benchmark Work-Hardening Centre is unique to the area. It boasts the use of real mining equipment tailored to rehabilitating the industrial athlete, and to assessing workers in real industrial tasks.
