Ergelis was founded in 2004. The core idea behind its creation was to propose new ways of optimizing the energy consumption in large existing buildings, leveraging on centralized servers and web based applications. Providing systems and services, Ergelis offers its customers a wide range of solutions to improve the operating efficiency of their buildings: - Technical and energy expertise, - Metering systems, - Reporting and benchmarking - Dynamic control of building equipments, - Installation, renovation, and maintenance of BMS. - Support for “green” communication and awareness Ergelis customers are owners, users, property managers and facility managers of large buildings : office, retail, and industry / logistics. Ergelis now operates in more than 120 buildings, representing 1.5 million sqm, allowing its customers to save between 10% and 30% of their energy bills – and thereby to reduce by 4,000 tons their CO2 emissions in 2017.
