ERG Renew (93% ERG - 7% UniCredit) opera nel settore della produzione di energia elettrica da fonti rinnovabili con 1.341 MW di potenza eolica installata. ERG Renew è il primo operatore nel settore eolico in Italia ed uno dei primi dieci in Europa. I parchi sono concentrati prevalentemente in Italia (1.087 MW), con una presenza significativa anche in Germania (86 MW), in Francia (64 MW), e attraverso LUKERG Renew in Romania (77 MW quota ERG) e in Bulgaria (27 MW quota ERG); inoltre nella seconda parte del 2014 è iniziata la realizzazione di un nuovo parco in Polonia (42 MW) la cui entrata in esercizio è prevista nel 2015. Da ottobre 2013 inoltre, attraverso l’acquisizione di ERG Renew O&M, la società ha internalizzato le attività di gestione e manutenzione dei parchi eolici in Italia. Wind farms are mainly concentrated in Italy (1,087 MW), with a significant presence also in Germany (86 MW), in France (64 MW) and, through LUKERG Renew, in Romania (where ERG’s share is 77 MW) and in Bulgaria (ERG’s share: 27 MW); in addition, in the second part of 2014, construction work started on a new wind farm in Poland (42 MW), expected to be commissioned in 2015. Moreover, since October 2013, through the acquisition of ERG Renew O&M, the Company has in-sourced the operation and maintenance of the wind farms in Italy.
