ERC Midstream LLC Information

ERC Midstream is an independent midstream energy company that provides oil and natural gas producers with flexible, responsive, and reliable midstream services linking the wellhead to the market with gathering, compressing, processing and treating systems. ERC aims to develop green-field projects in the Eagle Ford and Haynesville Shales, create secondary water flood and tertiary CO2 development and recovery systems in the Permian Basin, and acquire specific existing complimentary assets where opportunities present themselves. ERC Midstream has specific engineering and technical experience designing, constructing, and operating midstream gathering, compressing, treating, and processing systems in resource plays, full facility and system design and operations in complex secondary and tertiary recovery programs in conventional oil and gas areas, and total water gathering, treating, and recycling for arid or environmentally sensitive areas. ERC Midstream plans to leverage its expertise to explore opportunities in developing resource plays such as the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas and the Haynesville Shale in Northern Louisiana, East Texas and conventional areas in the Permian Basin. ERC Midstream's management has a strong track record of designing and constructing start-up green-field systems and acquiring, operating, optimizing and expanding large, complicated midstream assets including cryogenic and fractionation facilities in many areas such as the Texas Gulf Coast, Permian Basin, California, Louisiana, Oklahoma and the Rockies.
