I live in northern California, and I love to travel, sing, hike in the redwoods, and hang out with family. Im a die-hard Giants fan. Ive been known to yell choice language at the screen or car radio during a game. One of my earliest childhood memories is of figuring out how to read, sounding out the word Picnic on an old movie poster. The word just sounded so cool and clicked in my mouth and conjured fun images. Its why I love writing and editing manipulating words to get them to do what we want. Word-nerd, thats me; its been a life-long love affair. Im so happy to be part of the NineStar Press editing staff, helping to pass the passion on to others. Liz Borino has been immersed in the publishing industry since 2010. Shes edited for everyone from bestselling independent authors to authors getting their start with a small press. In addition, she has published several books herself. Liz is owned by two cats. On the rare occasions that shes able to pry herself away from them, Liz enjoys traveling, visiting abandoned prisons, and attending Broadway musicals. Stacey Jo was born and raised in Louisiana where she spent her early years shooting snakes in the bayou, mud riding, riding dirt bikes, and riding her horse. When she wasnt out running wild, she was reading everything she could get her hands on. Stephen King was her first love at the age of eleven. Now she lives with her family in Kentucky where she works as a litigation paralegal by day and an editor by night. Shes edited professionally for about thirteen years as well as freelance editing and beta reading for a number of published authors in the M/M genre. Shes also been one of the moderators for the M/M Romance Group on Goodreads for ten years. If shes not at work or editing, you can find her at the farm with her horse or reading with her blind cat, Church (yep, Stephen King), curled on her lap and her other cat, Cleocatra, at her feet.
