eradah was founded with the vision of being a progressive center of excellence for youth development — readying the tech-savvy youth population (65% are under 30) to thrive in the rapidly evolving socio-economic climate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Eradah has deep experience cultivating global partnerships that benefit youth, as well as government insider experience to converge public and private entities to accomplish complex programs that build national-scale capacity. For this, Eradah acts as a gateway for leading international technology & research providers who want to access the Saudi Arabian youth market and gain advisement on cultural adaptations. The team at Eradah identifies the innovative, youth-centered initiatives that will have the greatest impact and then positions them for success. We are currently working with the Saudi government on national projects that sit at the heart of youth development, including enhancing university career centers, connecting students with summer job opportunities, consulting on the creation of a comprehensive national strategy, and supporting youth startup initiatives. With 30 talented young team members and growing, Eradah (meaning “willpower) is by the youth for the youth.
