Bold Rock Hard Cider is an exciting, rapidly-growing craft cidery founded in Virginia, but expanding to serve its growing fanbase. The Company is very well-known within Virginia where it now holds a prominent market position and it is gaining traction within adjacent markets. Our hard cider product for which Bold Rock is renown is smooth, fruit forward and offers a clean finish—a beloved combination for a growing segment of clients electing to drink hard cider over beer. The Company was founded in the rural hamlet of Nellysford, Virginia—deep in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains—and near other prominent Virginia beer breweries. Upon the initiative of John Washburn and his partner Brian Shanks, a dream of using fresh, local apples to form a special family of ciders made carefully each day began in June, 2012. Today, the first and very modest cider barn in Nellysford has given way to a beautifully rustic timber-frame cidery and taprooms where both long-devoted and new cider drinkers can watch cider makers crushing local apples and crafting award-winning Bold Rock Hard Cider while “Drinking in the Scenery.” Bold Rock Locations: Nellysford, VA 1020 Rockfish Valley Hwy, Nellysford, VA 22958 Carter Mountain, VA 1435 Carters Mountain Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22902 Mills River, NC 72 School House Rd, Mills River, NC 28759 Asheville, NC 39 N Lexington Ave, Asheville, NC 28801

Catoctin Creek® was founded by Becky and Scott Harris in 2009 as the first legal distillery in Loudoun County since before Prohibition. We are located in Purcellville, Virginia, in the heart of the Loudoun Valley. Virginia is the birthplace of American whiskey, and at Catoctin Creek, we faithfully dedicate ourselves to that tradition, producing Virginia's most awarded whisky—Roundstone Rye! The name "Catoctin" is a regional name. Pronounced Ka-TOCK-tin, the name derives from the Indian tribal name "Kittocton" which, legend has it, meant "place of many deer". Catoctin describes a range of mountains and the eponymous creek which flows picturesquely past the distillery and into the Potomac River and Chesapeake Watershed. At Catoctin Creek, we believe in high quality food and spirits. We source our grain and fruit from local sources, free of pesticides and chemical additives that would come through in the spirits we produce. The results are the finest, cleanest spirits possible, with the greatest attention to detail in every single bottle we produce. The Virginia Rye Whisky℠
