Founder M. Yvonne Taylor brings her depth and breadth of knowledge and experience about higher education and education organizations and nonprofits to bear on helping these organizations recognize and identify equity gaps and attend to them. She uses qualitative research, narrative, and ethnographic approaches to learn about your organization's equity strengths and weaknesses and then develops customized strategic plans that are inclusive of all levels of the organization, centering those at the margins, to address gaps. Yvonne is personable, insightful, and enjoyable to work with. She addresses sensitive topics about equity with empathy and humor, while using strong strategic and analytical skills to create meaningful change.
