The EQUITY Foundation is a different kind of education company. We were established with help from the Wales Co-operative Centre. Equity Foundation offers an ethical and bespoke approach to supporting education. We pride ourselves on our equitable and fair philosophy in business. We cater predominantly for the education sector; providing teachers, expert 1:1 tutors and bespoke support services to schools, Local Authorities, Academy chains and to families looking for help. We can also support Social Services when catering for children that are looked after. We are an accredited Living Wage, Good Business Charter and Disability Confident employer. We have also signed up to the Welsh Government's Code of Practice for Ethical Employment in Supply Chains. We are a not for profit organisation and also seek to be environmentally responsible. We are not a commercial supply company; we provide bespoke and tailored education staff and services.
