Equipt Concrete Group Information

Founder of Equipt Concrete Group, Ross, commenced his first business in 1981 as a backhoe operator in Canberra. The business experienced incredible growth within the first years of operating due to Ross’s “Can Do” approach towards his clients. It was customer satisfaction that drove Ross to build a successful contracting company for himself and his family. Since 1981 the services and expertise offered by Ross and his team have diversified as both the market and client’s needs change and evolve. Where most builders struggled to find skilled tradesman in the early 90’s, Ross embraced this demand by offering more than one trade to alleviate unwanted pressure from builders and to strengthen the business competitively. Ross now employs over 20 staff at Equipt Concrete Group, servicing multi-million dollar developments. The company has achieved vertical growth without losing focus nor compromising on the high standards of quality or safety. Equipt Concrete Group has developed a successful specialist concrete company by bringing together a mix of highly motivated and knowledgeable tradesmen and professionals. With over 70 years of collective experience within the construction industry together with the latest in machinery and technologies, Equipt Concrete Group is the definitive leader in concrete solutions. Furthermore, our team integrates proven management skills with technical knowledge to maximise quality and efficiency. Equipt Concrete Group is a strong supporter of the local community supporting not-for-profit organisations including the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children.
