Equality Edge Information

Equality Edge provides diversity and community development services, driven by a passion for fairness and equality in the workplace and in society at large. Since 2007, Equality Edge has delivered the "Working with Difference" project, which is a creative approach to diversity in the workplace. It is used in developing and improving connections between people, both face-to-face and online. Using personal diversity and identity as the foundation, we help people develop effective face-to-face communication and online social media skills. Workshops and coaching enable clients improve their peer, managerial and group relationships, helping to build solid foundations for effective communities. In the workplace this work readily translates into increased output and productivity, resulting in real bottom-line advantage. Online community building has enabled Equality Edge to become an established LinkedIn training provider, helping to develop this social media platform as an integral part of clients' personal and organisational marketing strategies. Recently Equality Edge has linked with Corlette Consulting to help deliver their Diversity and LinkedIn Strategy services.
