Group HES have been innovators in the hydraulics supply industry for over 50 years and show no signs of stopping. From their humble beginnings in a disused railway wagon in 1965, to the state of the art facilities and UK-wide network of branches present today, Group HES continue to develop their people, their systems and their devotion to customer service. Group HES comprises of 5 divisions that work with each other to provide the customer with a total solution. The divisions are: Hydraulic Equipment Supermarkets - supplying hydraulic components and technical expertise Branch Hydraulic Systems - designing, manufacturing, installing, commissioning and servicing bespoke hydraulic power packs and control systems HES Tractec - supplying genuine spare parts for Matbro, ZF, Carraro, Dana Spice axle and transmission parts, Comer Industries planetary gearboxes and also spare parts for Skip and Hook loaders. HES Lubemec - supplying spare parts for SKF, Lincoln, Vogel and Spandau lubrication systems, as well as designing, building and supplying bespoke complete lubrication systems HES Automatec - the newest division of Group HES, specialising in automation and motion control systems. The Group has received a substantial government grant to develop this new division as a result of a deal with Triumph. This development comes from extensive work already undertaken through sister division, Branch Hydraulics Systems. Powerflow Solutions supply a large range of hydraulic and pneumatic system components, accessories, and equipment to our customers throughout the UK. We are an authorised Enerpac distributor and are distributors of many brand leaders in this industry. Powerflow Solutions also have the skilled staff and the facility to manufacture hydraulic hose assemblies, pressure washer hose assemblies, and can offer over the counter parts service while you wait. Our hydraulic hose assemblies are manufactured to strict procedures ensuring end-user safety and tractability and are made by engineers who are fully trained and qualified in hose assembly procedures. We are an authorised Service Centre for Enerpac, we have a fully equipped workshop facility and Enerpac certified engineers who are trained to carry out Enerpac repairs and load testing of hydraulic jacks up to 200 ton. This allows us to ensure your equipment is in its prime condition and ready to handle any task that comes to hand.
