The Workplace Gender Equality Agency is an Australian Government agency that works with employers to improve gender equality at work. We collect workplace gender equality data from employers with 100 or more employees, publish insights, track national trends and provide practical tools, education and resources to help employers take action.

We're an Australian-based team of experienced consultants focused on creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces.
