Equal Management (=Mgmt) is a full service marketing, management, promotions, and event company. Our Managing Partner, Deb Browning, believes in taking out the "middle man" to allow small to medium size business' able to afford the same marketing solutions provided to large business' and corporations. Equal Management brings a "hands on" attitude and personal attention to each of our clients. We walk each client through every aspect of our services, communication as teammates, not client/consultant.
