EQsperience runs story-based simulations for corporate teams in Poland. Each participant is cast in a role that fits how they work. The team then plays through about three hours of a story with real stakes: competing goals, information spread unevenly, a plot that turns mid-game. Behind a character, people negotiate harder, lead without a title, or admit they're lost. Right after the game, the game master walks the team through what happened and ties it to how they work on Monday. HR gets a team report and a report on each participant across five competencies: negotiation, leadership in a crisis, influence without authority, strategic analysis and emotional attunement. 35+ original scenarios. The organisers have run corporate events for 11 years, with 100+ games and 1,500+ participants, mostly in Ukraine and now in Poland. Based in Poznań. We run sessions in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Tricity, Katowice and Szczecin.
