ePythia Information

ePythia is a planning service with alerting and scheduling based on user location and context. In addition to the typical planning features found elsewhere, ePythia adds the ability to create alerts based on location, for example: - Task «Pick up dry-cleaning» alerts you when you are near the specific shop you selected on a map when creating the task. Or you can choose an object or group of objects from the POI database, rather than a specific location on a map. - Task "Get cash" will activate an alert near any specified bank ATM. ePythia improves standard, time-based reminders by adding location-based abilities. - Information about your current location and the location of a meeting allow ePythia to alert you 10 minutes before if the meeting is across the hall. However, if it is across town the alert is an hour-and-a-half before and includes travel time based on statistics of your current location, previous movements and the information provided by traffic services. Additionally, ePythia estimates if the user is running late, how late and notifies other participants with one click.
