In 1980, Aziz Torbey Law Firm was one of the first firms in Lebanon to introduce computers and innovative technologies to the legal profession. In 2010, it adopted a work-flow management system to better define and manage the administrative and legal tasks within the firm, and moved lately to a paperless environment while relying on an advanced archiving and back¬up system in order to protect the clients’ privileged information and allow its lawyers to be mobile by giving them access to the information they need wherever they are. These systems have allowed all Eptalex lawyers to work collaboratively and efficiently from different geographical locations. All the above initiatives have allowed us to increase our clients’ satisfaction, fulfill the Firm’s promise to always provide high quality legal services in a timely and cost-effective manner, as well as earn in 2010 the certification of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008.
