We accompany our clients by providing a suitable investment strategy to meet their asset management requirements as well as providing a superior quality service. We are specialised in asset management for institutional investors and financial intermediaries. Our investment philosophy is to offer investment opportunities aimed at long-term value creation, within a culture of performance with regards to strict risk management parameters. We have always been aware of our responsibilities as an investor, which is why we have always been committed to sustainable finance, encouraging us to initiate innovative perspectives – no matter how simple or radical they may be. In 2008, we signed the Principles Responsible Investment (PRI) proposed by the United Nations. In 2019, our commitment is publicly recognised through our nomination, together with the Cadmos Peace Investment Fund, at the first PRI Awards in the category “Active Ownership Project of the Year”.

With around 180,000 members, Unia is the largest trade union in Switzerland. It negotiates the working conditions and wages of more than one million people in almost all areas of the private sector. Unia represents the interests of all employees. It negotiates progressive collective labour agreements, strengthens employee rights and advocates a sustainable social security model at a political level. Unia's guiding principles are fairness and social balance. Unia also manages the largest unemployment fund in Switzerland.

UNI has signed more than 50 global agreements with multinational companies to agree to workers’ rights standards for all of these companies’ workers worldwide. How We Got Here: UNI was created on January 1, 2000, by members of The Communications International, FIET the International Graphical Federation and the Media and Entertainment International.
