As property buyers agents at EPS we represent our clients interests when they outsource part or all of the purchasing process for either a home or residential investment property to us. We start with an 'alignment' conversation where we discuss our potential clients' wants, needs & reasons for purchase along with desired outcomes & expectations. We provide feedback to give them clarity on time frames & budget required. About half of EPS clients choose to source suitable property themselves, & half need EPS for that. Main reasons our clients need EPS to source property are: a lack of time, because EPS finds out about new property listings earlier than they do (we often get calls from real estate selling agents telling us about property they have just listed a day or two earlier), and also due to selling agent relationships- we get to hear about properties not marketed publicly that they would otherwise never hear about.
