A Land Development, Project Management and Consulting/Advising professional practice; EPRresources provides leadership expertise on commercial, hospitality and residential projects. As manager and equity partner, Eric P. Rosenblum has developed over 40 projects during the past twenty five years. This multi facetted business experience provides the resources to handle all development opportunities; starting from initial land assessment and zoning approvals to completion of site work, building construction and overall occupancy. As principal of EPRresources, Eric P. Rosenblum is a Registered Architect (NJ and NY), member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a licensed Professional Planner. Having worked for ten years with some of the largest architectural firms in the nation, he made a career shift in 1985 to pursue real estate and development opportunities throughout the Northeast. This work experience involved all aspects of the project process; from obtaining land use approvals and entitlements, securing national and local tenants, sales/marketing initiatives to prospective owners, bidding and award of construction contracts, field construction management, overall project completion and final close out. These roles have been both as a property owner/equity investor as well as a fee based professional consultant. The ability to utilize one's resourcefulness, knowledge, contacts and an extensive relationship network has enabled all projects to succeed in this extremely challenging business environment. As a resident of New Jersey for almost 30 years; Eric P. Rosenblum is a graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and a member of the Board of Trustees of The Hun School of Princeton, being Chairman of the Facilities Committee on the Executive Board of The Hun School and an active member of Rotary International-Princeton Corridor.
