ePosterBoards LLC is a full-service eposter event technology company that provides an “all in one” solution with the hardware, software, technical support and event management needed to run a 21st century, state-of-the-art digital poster session at biomedical, academic and technology conferences (see Web site: www.eposterboards.com). In addition, ePosterBoards provides services related ePoster activities, including remote on-line ePoster conferencing, electronic poster judging, on-line ePoster web hosting, abstract submission and management, etc. In summary, ePosterBoards' goal is to provide cutting edge platforms and support to take advantage of the tremendous benefits provided by the presentation of science utilizing digital technology. During our more than 13 years of business, we have converted a disruptive concept into a productive business. To date we have provided eposter services for over 1,200 clients with poster sessions ranging from as few as ten eposters to others well over 900 eposters per meeting. Despite limited resources and staff, our ePosterBoards services have increased to more than 120 eposter conferences per year. Currently, our clients include academic universities, research hospitals, national biomedical societies, scientific organizations and software companies that host conferences mainly in the Northeast region of the country.
