Epinomy® Information

Epinomy is a warehouse management system built to be operated, not administered. It runs real transactions against a real database: supplier catalogs and purchase orders, barcode-guided receiving and put-away, bin-level stock tracking with an auditable ledger, then pick, pack, ship, and invoice. Exceptions — damaged goods, quantity mismatches, short stock — are handled the way a floor actually handles them, because they are the job, not edge cases. The design rule is that if a screen cannot be understood in ten minutes, it is too complex. A system simple enough to teach in a semester is a system simple enough to put a new hire on in a week. That single property is why Epinomy serves two very different rooms: an operation that needs a WMS its people can actually run, and a technical education program that needs students on real software rather than a simulation. Epinomy runs against a digital twin of an automated line on ordinary laptops, offline, with no hardware at all. The same software drives real MODBUS equipment — PLC-controlled workstations and robot arms — when it is there. Twin and physical line speak the same protocol, so adding equipment is a configuration change rather than a migration. Training is part of the product rather than a separate purchase: Epinomy ships with a ten-module curriculum and launches from a learning management system over LTI. Deployed on-premise, including fully air-gapped, or cloud-hosted. Privacy-compliant by design: GDPR, FERPA, and India's DPDP. No vendor lock-in.
