Epimorphy is a biotechnology company based in Costa Mesa CA. Epimorphy is focused on understanding the role of epigenetics in human health. Our product, the myDNAge™ Epigenetic Aging Clock service, is the gold standard of epigenetic age calculator built using DNA methylation data. Our service is based on Dr. Steve Horvath’s Epigenetic Aging Clock. The test is able to precisely determine biological, as opposed to chronological age in a subject using only a drop of blood or a small amount of urine sample. The test uses Next Generation Sequencing technology to scan over 500 sites in the human genome that are subject to epigenetic changes in order to make the determination of biological age. CEO and founder, Dr. Larry Jia, is also the CEO and founder of Zymo Research Corporation, a biotech research company that specializes in epigenetic research, so much so that they have been called “The Epigenetics Company”. Epimorphy is working collaboratively with Zymo Research in order to bring fundamental discoveries relating to epigenetics and human health to the general public.
