We understand exactly what is required to run a long-term, successful extended warranty programme in multiple territories and across continents. We handle the end-to-end process for our machinery clients, from underwriting to dealership training and policy administration through to claims management. We manage for clients: • Warranties on new machinery as an extension to the base warranty, and/or • Warranties on used machinery and equipment Our 30 years’ experience of providing products to clients means we have built up a wealth of expertise in managing all the supporting administration services including claims handling, customer technology platforms and multilingual call centre and translation services.
