Founded in late 1999, ePGI launched the first Cloud based SaaS solution for performance reporting, analytics, and benchmarking and best practices learning and collaboration. For over 6 years, the company served numerous clients across a collection of industries through a broad network of consultants and channel partners specializing in specific business functions. The ePGI SaaS platform was licensed to individual channel partners who would integrate their own IP and other performance data relevant to their market for purposes of collaborative sharing across their respective clients or special interest groups. In addition to managing the back end infrastructure and databases, ePGI also provided a range of automation tools to assist users in set up and integration with their own websites and front end applications. In late 2006, ePGI was acquired by one of its global channel partners who continues to use key aspects of the SaaS platform within its online analytics business.
