The ePayApp Services product offers online collection and management of residential and commercial rents/dues and other such fees for Property Management Firms, Condos, Co-Operatives and Home Owners Associations alike. ePayApp Services is a wholesaler in this space, with direct relationships with various banks and the credit card interchange. We are a Tier 1 Processor, own our data centers, are the developers and owners and sole host of the ePayApp Services proprietary software. No third parties are involved in our transaction processes. The ePayApp Services product is made available as a White Label solution that greatly increases the adoption rate of the payees/tenants/homeowners. The ePayApp Services product is in the forefront of secured combined payments, allowing payees to settle a single commitment payment partially by credit card(s) and partially by ACH.
