Real estate, utilities and mobility, the three avenues where life actually happens, are sold by hundreds of thousands of local contractors and dealers. They close the sale, but the transaction itself, the credit, the payment, the customer relationship, leaks out to institutions that know nothing about the asset being sold. We are bringing that layer home. Credit is the wedge. Eos operates its own lending license and underwrites the asset itself, in one flow, at the point of sale: application, decision and signed contract where the work is quoted, not at a bank branch three weeks later. Underwriting, funding and servicing run on a platform we built in house, AI-first by design, so every decision is explainable, every contract becomes data, and every partner talks to the people who made the call. And the data compounds. Each funded contract adds an originator to the network, a customer to the app and an asset that keeps reporting how it performs. We learned this in energy, where batteries dispatch against the grid and telemetry works as living collateral. The same discipline now runs across all three avenues.
