Envision Carolina Information

Envision Carolina is a group of UNC-Chapel Hill students. We propose creating a set of arches to be placed in McCorkle place at the entrance of the University. These arches would act as a true entrance to the University and would represent every aspect of Carolina’s history. We seek to change McCorkle place into a haven of diversity and inclusivity. Envision Carolina wants to recognize the stories and achievements of the entire Carolina Community. We want to celebrate and encourage the progress and achievements of students and non-students, and how it has shaped our history and brought us to where we are now. It is important that the Carolina Community is honest about where we’ve been in order to truly progress to where we want to be.
