Fine Envirotech Engineers (FEE) is an independent International Environmental Consultancy Firm, existing for last 27 years, owned and headed by Dr Umesh S. Kulkarni. Since 1989, FEE is providing technical assistance to prospective clients. Being established in the financial capital of India, FEE provides multidisciplinary advice on a wide range of strategic and project-specific environmental and sustainability issues. In addition to our head office in Mumbai, we have three other offices in the state of Maharashtra and associates throughout India.
