Water is an imperative for life, and in many areas around the world, clean water is in short supply. With water consumption on the rise for a myriad of human, industrial and agricultural reasons, community leaders and decision-makers need new, local and cost-effective solutions to provide clean water for their communities and surroundings. Simultaneously, large quantities of untreated wastewater are being discharged into oceans, lakes and rivers - threatening the health of humans, animals and the environment. At EnviroNor, we believe eco-friendly innovation is the key to present and future sustainability. Specifically, the EnviroNor Concept, which includes four offshore treatment plant designs, proactively promotes the implementation of floating, offshore wastewater treatment and desalination plants that can do all of the following: - Significantly extend the life of phased-out ships and vessels - Clean and recycle sewage and wastewater - Provide purified and desalinated drinking water - Produce new products from waste, such as organic fertilizer and methane gas (an energy provider) By using - and reusing - all resources at hand, we can positively impact society and make the world a better and more prosperous place!
