At Scientific Environments we specialize in case good storage, barrel room storage, and winery cooling. We also specialize in chillers and glycol cooling systems. Scientific Environments provides refrigeration equipment that will control the temperatures in a confined space with emphasis on temperature and humidity. In our wineries we install NITE cooling and CO2 removal systems. This uses the natural cooling of the night air to cool the entire facility when the outside air is colder than the control temperature. When the CO2 levels get high we change the rotation and exhaust the air until we can bring the CO2 levels back down to normal. This system happens automatically so that the customer only needs to set the temperature and CO2 levels and walk away.
