Envirocal is a cleanroom specialist team — not just a calibration company, and not just calibration techs. We hold NATA accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 (Accreditation No. 20872) across the cleanroom and controlled-environment compliance envelope: cleanroom performance testing (AS ISO 14644, AS 1807), biological and cytotoxic drug safety cabinets (AS 2252 series), pharmaceutical isolators (AS 4273), clean workstations, fume cupboards and recirculating fume cabinets (AS/NZS 2243), and calibration of optical particle counters (ISO 21501-4, including on-site down to 0.1 µm) and aerosol photometers. As an ILAC MRA signatory body, our certificates are formally recognised across 120+ economies. We deliver across Australia and New Zealand. Our team is multidisciplinary by design: metrologists, mechanical and HVAC engineers, refrigeration and cleanroom trades specialists, and accredited performance testing professionals who spend their working week inside Grade B, C and D environments. Our procedures — including the on-site OPC calibration arrangement developed with Beckman Coulter — are engineered end-to-end in-house: methodology, technician training, proficiency testing and measurement uncertainty budget, all built from first principles and assessed annually by NATA. We work the way the customer needs the work done. Calibrations and certifications are aligned to planned shutdowns rather than rolling assets out of service for two-week send-aways. We deliver 24/7, on site, to suit production schedules. We act as an extension of our customers' teams, and we solve problems rather than absorb them. The technical work behind a calibration certificate, a performance test report, or a cleanroom recovery validation is what we are here to do — properly, on site, and in plain view.
