At Entropy Bio, we find each cancer’s resistance playbook before the game is played, allowing us to design therapies that give patients the best chance of winning. Treatment-resistance is responsible for 90% of cancer deaths – which is why it’s the sole focus of our company. To beat cancer, we need to beat resistance before it has the chance to develop. Using the first and only preclinical cancer model that determines the drivers of resistance, we design multi-targeted therapies that not only kill cancer, but also block the escape pathways we can see coming.
