Enstor is one the largest privately held natural gas storage and pipeline companies in the United States. Headquartered in Houston, the company owns and operates six active underground natural gas storage facilities in four states with more than 110 Bcf in working gas capacity. Enstor has approximately 179 miles of transmission pipelines and 39 interconnects to major transmission pipelines. While many independent storage operators sell only traditional firm storage contracts, Enstor utilizes its operational characteristics to provide services that readily adapt to the changing marketplace. Currently Enstor owns and operates the following facilities: Gas Storage: - Caledonia Gas Storage (Lowndes and Monroe Counties, Mississippi) - Freebird Gas Storage (Lamar County, Alabama) - Grama Ridge Gas Storage (Lea County, New Mexico) - Katy Storage Hub (Ft. Bend and Waller Counties, Texas) - Bay Gas Storage Facility (Washington County, Alabama) - Mississippi Hub Storage (Simpson County, Mississippi)
