Since Universal Plastics was founded in 1965, our company has been a leader in the large part plastics industry.
Universal Plastics is comprised of four plants across the northeast United States, including Holyoke MA, Albany NY, Middlefield OH and Latrobe PA. We have extensive experience in manufacturing an array of products in a host of conversion technologies.
- Heavy gauge thermoforming, allowing for up to very large parts to be made in lower quantities than injection molding
- Extrusion blowmolding, creating large, often hollow parts with outstanding strength and fantastic flexibility on part size
- Injection molding, gas-assist injection molding, and structural foam molding create a tremendous opportunity to create large, beautiful, and extremely strong parts.
Our team has tremendous finishing capabilities, including class-A paint capabilities and assembly competencies.
As a family-run business, we uphold a strong commitment to our customers. We upgrade our equipment and technology, and support continued training for our employees at every opportunity to ensure we can offer innovative products of high value that work for their intended use.
