Enigma Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("Enigma") is an independent consulting and actuarial firm that provides stakeholders with a support structure to manage their employee benefit arrangements. Enigma was established in December 1999 by SARHWU Investment Holdings Limited, the investment company of the then South African Railway and Harbour Workers Union, now part of the larger South African Transport and Allied Workers Union (SATAWU). Enigma's ability is underpinned by a team of highly technical and experienced consultants, previously employed in senior management positions of leading firms and whose contributions have been recognised in the industry. Enigma is completely independent from product and service providers like risk providers, administrators and asset managers and can therefore be relied on to provide completely objective advice.
